All products are Made on Command so allow 2 or 3 weeks for the expedition 

How to follow your command ?
When your command is accepted you will receive a confirmation email with an order tracking

Return :

If you wish to make a return, you have 14 days to do it from the delivery date.

You will be asked for a return label (the shipping of the package is at your expense).
Place the label on your package to be droppe doff at the post office or relay store, making sure thaht the carrier is clearly mentioned.

Here are the conditions for making a return:

- Make sure that the returned item(s) is/are still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn.
- Make sure the item(s) is/are packaged in an airtight bag or box secured with tape.
- Hats and caps must be returned in a box, so that they are not crushed.
- Write “return” on the package to ensure faster service (optional).
Please keep proof of shipment (tracking number).
- In the event of loss, you have proof of shipment.
- Items returned in a condition that does not allow them to be sold will not be refunded/exchanged and may be returned to you.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not correspond to the returns policy.
- The return and financial cost are your responsibility.
